Refund and Returns Policy
At Grole Crops, we stand behind the quality of our agricultural products. However, because seeds and crop protection chemicals are biological and chemical products sensitive to external factors, our policy is designed to protect both the farmer and the integrity of our supply chain.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Incorrect Product: If the item delivered does not match your order (incorrect variety or packaging).
- Damaged on Arrival: If the product packaging is tampered with or physically damaged at the time of delivery.
- Verified Defect: In cases of documented seed germination failure (subject to our expert laboratory verification).
Conditions for Refund:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact (unless a hidden defect is being claimed).
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is mandatory.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
We cannot offer refunds for poor crop performance resulting from factors beyond our control, such as improper sowing techniques, unfavorable weather, soil quality, or unauthorized chemical mixing.
